Stay at the W Times Square... and eat at the "Blue Fin" restaurant in the hotel, looking out on Times Square. Or stay at any other W hotel in the city... there are plenty and they are all well worth the extra few $.

Once in your lifetime... make sure you catch the Macy's Thanksgiving parade in New York - on Thanksgiving day. Line up hours before the parade to get a good view.
